Hi,
You probably programmed the CircleOS for the Primer1 in the Primer2...? When you do that, the CircleOS will shutdown the primer because the power management is different and it gets quite lost.
Very soon (later this week) we will issue an update of the software that will prevent this from happening, but for now you should be able to erase your STM32's flash by using the 'Erase' command in RFlasher while keeping the Primer2's button pressed down. And then you can use 'Restore_Primer2_Circle_Factory.bat' to reprogram your primer. After that you must make sure that when you debug an application, it is configured for the correct version of the Primer, 1 or 2.
