Yes, it is possible.
There is only one flavour of the software, and for ARM it requires no registration. The limitation only depends on the type of RLink, STD or PRO. Primer or Stand-alone or REva makes no difference.
So if you have the Ride7 and ARM kits, you can use any RLink to connect to ARM devices, with the features and limitations that your RLink(s) provide(s). It doesn't matter if you got the software from a CD with a Primer, a CD with a RLink, our website or anywhere else.
The version numbers of the kits matter, though, so you should make sure that you use the most recent, which is the one on our website.
