Is it possible to use c++?

Is it possible to use c++?

Also, I crashed the Ride7 IDE, if in an include file you include itself (accidentially obviously) then the IDE crashes when you build.

Cheers,
Kevin

Re: Is it possible to use c++?

No C++... sorry. We check the double-include. Thanks.

Re: Is it possible to use c++?

Hi,

Although you can use the command-line and drive GCC in C++ mode, we definitely do not support C++.

Concerning the issue you reported,  we have succesfully reproduced it on both the GCC compiler and the RCSTM8 compiler: If a c/h file is recursively including itself the compilers loop forever!

We will check internally how this should be reported to the GCC main trunk.

Regards,
Bruno
