STM CircleOS forum / CircleOS License Question

Sorry if I bring this question up again, otherwise we won't get any reply sooner in the forum and our customer who wants to use code ported from Circle OS is waiting.

We are writing code based-on Circle OS, add some modification (and remove things as well). But since we can't find any information regarding Circle OS license, we put our code distribution on hold since GPL probably is not an option for our customer.

Anyone can point me to the license page anywhere showing Circle OS license and its distribution agreement? Thank you.

No one really knows what the license of Circle OS? I am waiting...

What about you guys who has been using it for commercial products, is there any of you?
