Hello guys, am I the only one having this issue?

I cannot install Rev 1-2 of the tool (10/15/07) while I can install no problem Rev 1-1a (08/23/07)?

I had previously installed Rev 1-1a (working great). When I wanted to install Rev 1-2, the installer removed rev 1-1a. I restarted then Rev 1-2 installer. When I click on Demo.exe, I have the first window that pops out with the butterfly. When I press then "install ARM tools", nothing happens. When I repeat the same step with the previous version (1-1a), the SW gets installed.

I have disabled my firewall, malware/adware detector but it did not help. I run XP SP2. I rebooted my PC too but it did not help neither.

Can I bypass Demo.exe and install the application form one of the inside directories?

Hello,

you can launch $1 from the $1 directory instead of demo.exe, it will work fine. We will make further tests to reproduce your problem, but so far we have not experienced it.

Let me guess: the Install\Setup.exe application just disappeared, right? It seems it self-removed itself once installation finished. We've not experienced it because we expected the CD-ROM image to be burnt on a CD, not to be directly launched from your hard-drive.

If you kept the .zip archive of the CD-ROM image, please extract the setup.exe application again into the Install directory, until we fix that problem.

yes, everything is installed correctly if you lauch Install\setup.exe
