After click on the link the message appeared:
File could not be found. Make sure you specified the correct file name.

Thanks for the report. We'll fix it.
It's true that we always go to the online documentation, and it seems that we forgot the downloadable version. The online version is at:
http://www.stm32circle.com/circleos_doc/index.html
