EVO Primer with custom STM32F407VG board

Hello,

I have some STM32F407 MCUs I would like to build a board that can work with the EVO Primer.  This will have to work with the original software that came with the EVO Primer from the last contest.  The reason for this is that the STM32F4 Discovery is priced so low that purchasing any new hardware or software doesn't make sense.

How can I build a board that will work with what I have now?  The EVO Primer has served as an excellent development board and I would really like to test some projects on it.

Thanks,

STPRIME

You could inspire from the schematics of the STM32F407IG EvoPrimer target board.
Take a look at this page http://www.stm32circle.com/resources/stm3240Gprimer.php

I noticed that just after I made the post.  The camera module is very nice!
Will the RIDE7 from the contest allow me to program this module?

Of course you can use Ride7 to program the module.
When you create a new project, you can choose ARM\Primer\STM32F407IG_EvoCircleOS target if you want to create a CircleOS application, or ARM\STF4xx\STM32F407IF target if you want to begin from scratch.

Sorry, in fact I think you talked about the camera module...
You can take a look at the camera controller documentation
http://www.stm32circle.com/resources/Da … 0(1.7).pdf
and I can give you the code of the camera application provided with the factory firmware of the EvoPrimer board.
