STM CircleOS forum / GPS brick

I have a bluetooth GPS brick which has a test point that has TTL/CMOS serial data on it.
can I read this into a STM32 primer 1 and display data on screen or send down USB to computer?

not sure where to solder to would it be the IR pins or the gpio connector and would I need to buffer signals in some way?
