STM CircleOS forum / no CircleOS or OPEN4 project template for STM32F103VG

I bought a EvoPrimer w/ the STM32F103VG board (STM32GPRIMER). I downloaded the Ride7 CD from this website and installed it. When I went to make a new projects, there wasn't a CircleOS template for this board. So I went over to the Raisonance site and downloaded the latest Ride7 and ARM toolkit and install it. The versions are:

Ride7 7.38.12.0097
RKit-ARM 1.38.12.0027

This didn't have a project template for this board either. On top of that, if I run the command "Circle_Mgr L" on this EvoPrimer, I get an error:

Error 203: Wrong MCU DEVICE ID: 0x10006430.

I've searched the forum (and via google) and only found one post w/ the same problem. Unfortunately, the solution was to download a patch which doesn't seem to be available anymore.

Am I missing something obvious or is the STM32F103VG CircleOS applications not presently supported by Ride7?

No, you did not miss anything...
The STM32103VG CircleOS template will be implemented on the next RKitARM release (v1.40), which would be available next week.
But, it is not mandatory for writing CircleOS applications. The 1.38 version manages correctly the STM32103VG microcontoller.
