STM CircleOS forum / Issue: STM32F103VG target board flash programming

Hello,

I have bought the EvoPrimer and on the the target board is the STM32F103VG.
I attempt to programm some of the example applications on the controller.
I changed the device to STM32F103VGT6 in the Advanced Arm Options in Ride and rebuild the project. But i can't programm the controller, there is a problem with the RLink. When i attempt to programming the device, then i get the error message "error 0x82 reported by programmation plugin: device error".

I found some people, who have the same problem. Look:

Currently I use Ride 7 Version 7.30.10.0159, RKit-ARM 1.30.10.0356, Ride7 Patch 7.30.10.0169. Is there a other Version of Ride or a other solution for this problem.

Hi,

It seems we met some compatibility issues with the STM32F103VG.
We are currently working on this problem and will inform you soon.

We are preparing Circle version with full support of the STM32G, and the next version of kit ARM will provide project template for Open4 STM32G.

For the moment, Martin, I suggest you to update your Ride and Kit ARM to the last version (1.38.12.0027 for ARM).

I updated the RKIT ARM to this version and it works very well. Thanks for the Information.
