Hi,

I will develop a own board with a stm32f102cb. But which hardware i need? I will programm the controller by SWD.

Maybe you better take a cheep Evaluation Board from ST like this one http://thinkembedded.ch/ARM/STM32-P103::5.html
and then copy the Hardware arround the uC from the Evaluation Board to your own Board...

All STM32 are a little bit similar, so if you programm on a STM32f103 the Code would be not verry different of a code for a STM32f102...

Cheap board... but it appears that you'll need to add the JTAG/SWD tool.

Yes, that's right. You could for examle use this one http://thinkembedded.ch/ARM/ULINK-ME-De … r::58.html (the cheapest debugger from Keil)

or you take a Discovery Board like this
http://www.st.com/internet/evalboard/product/250863.jsp

there is an "Embedded" ST-Link on board, so you can connect the Board with USB to your PC and the you could flash/debugg the chip.

If you then have an own Board, you could use the Discovery Board only as Programmer/Debugger.

A Discovery Board is the cheapest way for a debugger.
