STM CircleOS forum / dwf2xml.exe has stopped working

It seems to have started with odd error messages during linking.
Than my project RPRJ file was corrupt.
And now I get the message during linking "dwf2xml.exe has stopped working"
Rebooting does not help.
Uninstall and re-install of the complete RIDE package does not help.

Anyone's got a suggestion?

Update: the issue is not resolved, but is specific to this one project I'm working on. A simple "hello world" project I keep on stand-by works just fine.
I tried to fix the issue by deleting <project>.dbi and <project>.ctx files, and restarting. No luck so far.

Issue resolved: via workaround

Work around
- restart new source code directory branch. I was lucky that I had a ZIP with older versions of the files at hand, and only needed to copy over my recently changed set of files

What was your Ride and RKit ARM versions ?

Everything was installed from the CD image CD_STM32-Primer_20110112.
