Primer2 103 error

I've reed lot of posts about target power failure and find that the solution is to press and hold the button but it is not working with my Primer neither with battery jumper nor without it. Sometimes target voltage is 1.3V then 0.8V and then 1.3V again.
Whole situation starts when I tried to flash Primer with my own very simple code, I've wrote RCC and NVIC configuration then intralized some GPIOB ports and set GPIOB pin 6. When debugging pin value changed but voltage on extension connector pin 3 was 0V so I tried to flash and then everything dies.

Pleas help

Re: Primer2 103 error

Another symptom is that if I leave battery jumper and switch power button after 30 seconds U9 regulator temperature increase from 25 degrees to 50. I've measured voltages on some capacitors: C21 3,7V; C23 3,3V and C20 is 0,7V.
I was wondering about unsoldering L2, R16 and R17 elements and then put 2,84V from reliable power supply and then check my Primer.
I can't read my Primer serial number but on PCB stays it is version 1.2 so theoretical U9 regulator should be grounded properly.
So is it U9 problem or have I done something bed with my code?

Re: Primer2 103 error

So problem solved. I've unsolder U9 regulator and put 2,84V on C20 capacitor and it works. So where can I buy this circuit?

Re: Primer2 103 error

If you order these component. Recommended to buy more than 1 smile

I have already blow 2 or 3 times U9 smile
If you are using hot air for desoldering then be careful about display.
Soldering new componen back should be easy.

Here when I fixed fist time. litle damage in display plastic when removing U9. Next time without damage.

Edit:
korczi if you live in Oulu I can sell U9.

Re: Primer2 103 error

Yes I am using hot air but I haven't damage display but thanks for warning. Unfortunately I lived in Warsaw :-) I've already bought 4 U9 regulators in Farnell - 5euro for shipping and it will be at my place on Monday.

Thanks for help.
