STM CircleOS forum / Can not switch on primer2

Hello,

I can not switch on the primer. I tryed to reset the factory settings by using "Restore_Primer2_Circle_Factory.bat" and holding down the power button - the hex file is flashing as expected. But after that, still nothing happen.

If I press now the power button, the screen is dark and there is no LED activity.

Any help?

First try software reset (see the manual on CD).

Then try hardware reset (remove battery jumper).

Check if can flash it (or get config bytes) witout holding the button. If you can then U17
(voltage regulator) is burned. This will leave you without backlingt (LCD) and sound. Read FAQ for more info.

Yes, I can flash. So, this means, I have the regulator problem. After reading the FAQ I still dont know what to do. Do I have to replace the regulators or the capacitors? Or is this a guarantee case and I can get a new one?
