Primer2 2.8v had 4v in. First damaged components?

Hello,

I accidentally shortcircuit short time that 2.8V line to batt (4.0V). Time was 250 to 500 ms.
I check that STM32 can handle 4V

Which components are breaking first?

Primer2 is working right but someone take damage becaus 2.8v line to GND is about 100 ohm or is this normal?

Hi,

About components, their absolute maximum values are often 6V, excepted the µC (4V) and the LCD (4.6V).
100 ohms seems to be very low. The normal value is about 10K...

The device was off when that happened. So the 2.8v regulator is meaby damaged because of it had 4V in output and 0v in input.

PCB version is 1.2
