STM CircleOS forum / STM32+IAR5.40 problems

Hello all.Could someone explain me reasone of my problem!!! Under debuging through J-link my program is running well but when I download program in release mode program still running but after power up/reset chip is dead.
Both BOOT0 and BOOT1 pulled down to ground via 4.7 K resostors.

i have same proble with neoklin. when i running program with IAR 5.40, my stm32 MC-KIT default program is erased.
