Is it possible to make your own Operating System for the Primer2?

Hi.
Is it possible to make your own Operating System for the Primer2 or another STM32 processor?
How is the CircleOS made? Isn't it possible to make something like that on your own?

Best Regards

Yes.
With C.
Yes.

freeRTOS also runs on primer2.

If you add 2+ mb's of RAM you can run linux on it.
