Problem of install was resolved with your advice (restoration of Jscript server).
As for Exit button of demo.exe, I found it is related to the system local. When I changed system local to US, demo.exe display Exit button normally. I guess because of system font metric of Japanese is different, larger than European, screen layout was affected.
With system local US, some of my Japanese apps which dose not support Unicode was affected. Thus, I changed back system local to Japan.
Anyway, this is not a substantive issue because demo.exe is executed only once at the installation process.
