How to make working the toggle without circleOS? I do not see the LED Green and Red toggling: Only the Red is permanently ON...

which project do you use ?

There is a dedicated project called 'toggle' that does not use CircleOS, and it works here...

I discovered the problem: There was a hardware short between 2 pins controlling the LED's on my Primer...
