STM CircleOS forum / Primer2 can not restore the initial (factory) configuration

Hi all,
It's a new one.I happend to erase the initial code cerelessly.So I did as the manual said,the primer can be connected to Rlink>however,the pc command prompt shows "!!!Error 103:Target Power Failure:Measured 1.000000V".But,the Primer2's Led L1 is green alreadly.And I measure the Li battery is about 4.12V.Can anyone tell me why？Thanks.
