RLINK STX

Hello to all,

to program STM32F103VET6 in an own layout I've bought a RLINK-STX external programmer. To make the JTAG pinout at pcb it is nessesary to know the pin description (24 pin flatcable or 20 pin adapter). There a no hints in documentation (cd) and by Raisonance pages.  One way is to lock at the Primer documentation, the RLINK microcontroller on Primer and external RLINK programmer are the same but I would prefer the original pinout, maybe that there are some differences.

Thanks for answers and greetings from Leibniz University Hannover

Re: RLINK STX

There is a FAQ on the Raisonance web site at:
http://217.71.112.106/Forum/punbb/viewtopic.php?id=2520

(the server changed but the FAQ/forum is still at the old address... should be all 'www.raisonance.com' soon.

Note that you can use either JTAG or SWD (less pins), but the connector is supposed to be the same.

Re: RLINK STX

I've found in um0426 (STM3210B-EVAL) from ST a pin out that is equal to your informations and the JTAG-layout of the RLINK external/Primer internal pin out of the ST72651AR6.

I think the DBGACK-Signal (pin 19) is also not nessesary for JTAK-programming but I'am not sure that it is nessesary for debugging. Have I to connect this signal and what is the destination on STM32F103VET6? In Primer documentation there will be no additional description on this function.

The Pull up resistors for the JTAG signals are all included at the RLINK external (4,7 k).
