STM CircleOS forum / Cannot degug primer2

When I push the orange button, the primer2 doesn't turn on. The display does only light up for a few milliseconds. And when I try to debug primer2 a message box with the following text appears:

"Target power failure: Measured 1.100000V"

And that seems logical because without an appropriate supply there is no way to communicate with the device...

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?
