Thanks for updating the Gerbers, I think that the bottom layer silk screen is missing? Maybe it should be PrimerV2.0_EBOT.gbr?

Primer2_SBOT.gbr is missing, too
Primer2_PD.gbr has wrong scaling (~ 1/10 size of the others) - i think that should be the drillholes, maybe?

is there a kind of map or something to match the parts on the gerber files and the schematics, as there is virtually no information about these in the gerber files any more?

As far as I can tell, the schematics are still not updated, are they?

The schematic is correct (no need for any update). I'll check again the Gerber files ..
