Could someone please explain the point of the <\Circle> made when you unzip CircleOS ?

We (at Raisonance) have this subdirectory (Circle) on our CVS repository. You can unzip the file almost eerywhere on your PC,
In the future, we will put CircleOS on a ftp cvs directory. It would improve the sharing of the tasks..
