Vista and USB - again!

Hello everyone, this is my first post and unfortunately is a help request!

I installed the development suite and the new driver for Vista, and I was able to connect to the device with the DEBUG USB port, update the firmware and so on.

When I try to connect on the STM32 port, yet, I receive an "Unrecognised USB device" error, while I was expecting to access the device as a disk. This will be useful to access the file that MEMS datalogger creates.

Did anyone else experienced the same problem and has a method to solve it?

Tks

Giuseppe

Re: Vista and USB - again!

I tried the MEMS datalogger under XP and it works fine (seen as a mass storage drive).
I didn't check under Vista.

OOPS!
Your comment put me on the right way!

You need to have the application running to see the primer as a mass storage unit, while I was thinking this was a standard feature of the device!

Sorry for the inconvenience
