Re: The 1117 chip in my Primer is very hot

Hi guys!
I just got my first Primer, and I have the same problem. Actually, other components from the power supply (D4, D12 and U3) get very hot after plugging the USB connector. It was working fine, but now the display turns off after a few seconds when the primer starts.
Has anyone ever experienced this problem? Should it be sent to be repaired??
Thanks in advance.

William

Mine just gets warm. If it gets too hot to touch there is something wrong with the unit.
