as I didn't like the courier-like standard font of CircleOS, I tried to improvve this.
very clear proportional font for CircleOS;
- has much smaller font table (5 bytes/char instead of 14!),
- either normal or narrow font.
- has simple font kerning (only 1 pixel, but a noticeable improvement)
Besides, the mouse pointer is used to navigate menus; which is more convenient,
smaller in code, and better because of the built-in hysteresis of the pointer
(so using the POINTER_Info struct rather than the MEMS_Info struct).
