After solving problem with RLINK we tried to update Primer 2 with RFlasher 7. It is possible to connect RFlasher 7 to RLINK, but already the uC identification is wrong: STM32F103RBT6. After applying a normally not dangerous command like BLANK CHECK the Primer 2 only shows a white display. We tried then to reprogram the Primer 2 with the batch UPDATE_PRIMER2_CIRCLE_OS.bat in ARM/LIB/CIRCLEOS but after that the Primer2 is dead. By inspecting the batch we found that it is a primer1 batch. Only with a downloaded Primer2_Upgrade it was possible to reprogram the Primer2.

Hi,
The right way to update a Primer2 is effectively to use the batch command "Update_Primer2_Circle_OS.bat" or "Restore_Primer2_Circle_Factory.bat".
The both commands are made for Primer2.
We can also use RFlasher to transfer the "Primer2_Circle.hex" file, but before you must correctly configure the RFlasher with a STM32F103VET6 project.
May be you have an very old or corrupt version of Ride.
I suggest you to update your Ride software to the latest version, provided on the resources page of this web site.
