Hello,

I have two STM32 PRIMER32, and one device functions correctly. But using second one there is an error message shown as below while trying to flash
program from RIDE7.

" Unable to open USB communication with RLink
Please check the Dongle is connected and that driver is correctly loaded"

Please Help me.

just wild guessing, there isn't much between the USB and the STM32

- remove the battery jumper and try to flash the factory OS, download from
http://stm32circle.com/resources/downlo … pgrade.zip
- do not use RIDE use the bat file
- try different USB port...
