Re: Can't power up

Is the Primer really shutdown, is the screen stalled white or black ?
Did it shutdown when the application was running ?

The first thing to do is to try to reload the factory binary.
Download the "Primer2_Upgrade v3.8.zip" in resources pages, then launch the "Restore_Primer2_Circle_Factory.bat" when maintening the Primer button pushed.

If the check fails, verify the power supply voltages, and take a look at the "Resources/Resolve Known Problems" section.

Re: Can't power up

After pushing the orange button screen flashes white, and the red LED light is merely noticeable. PC is unable to connect via USB with a Primer2.Debugging's also unavailable.

It shutdown just after debugging (external application (program from your page)

The Restore_Primer2_Circle_Factory.bat (and others) outputs as follows:

!!! WARNING: This will program the original code into the STM32-Primer2. !!!
!!!      All applications currently loaded will be erased.               !!!

Press Ctrl-C to abort.

Re: Can't power up

Are you sure you are connected to the "DEBUG" USB port of the Primer2, because the message you got is this one we get when we are connected to the STM32 USB connector ?

Re: Can't power up

Yes i'm sure.
I tried on both ports.
I was searching for an answer on forum but only solution to it was to debug something, but to debug my primer must be powered on, but it is impossible in my  case.
