primer2 power

How much current is available from the extension VCC2V8 connector on the Premier2? I've been looking all over and can't find any specs at all.

The L6928D regulator is specified to deliver 800 ma, and the backlight is on a different regulator, so how much does the board use and how much is left over? I only need 60 ma continuous and 150 ma peak so I'm guessing that won't stress it, but is there a way to be sure?

"This source could provide approximatively 100mA to the extension board."

Re: primer2 power

I made some measurement, and it seems that 100mA is a max value on the extension connector. The regulator would accept more current (but it does not like the noise at the input voltage), but the inductor would  be saturated.
