Support for IAR EWARM a J-Link from Segger

Can I use IAR EWARM compiler and J-Link USB JTAG probe to work with STM32-Primer ?

No it is not possible because the only way to program and debug the STM32 in the STM32-Primer is to use the embedded RLink (providing you the "DEBUG" mini-usb connector).

Is there ANY way to use IAR EWARM with the STM32 Primer?

You can use the internal RLink to program any HEX file in the FLASH. But you cannot neither debug, nor use the Circle_mgr.exe utility with modules compiled with IAR.

ANY way? Yeah!
Look at the schematic and cut the PCB JTAG Traces connectected to the Rlink, then break them out to a .1" header or something and wala!

Hm, no kiddingm I am thinking about this, too.

Have you tried it so far? Are there any sideefects when I remove the RLink dongle?
