WARNING: Do not start the hardware watchdog and/or the readout protect

The hardware watchdog and the Readout Protection are programmable in the Option Bytes.
At the moment, it seems difficult to clear these options when set with RLink/RIDE.
A working solution consists in resetting the chip in RAM boot mode (but the FLASH boot mode is hardwired in the STM32 PRIMER).
Conclusion: Do not use these options with your STM32 Primer!!
