Re: Renaming ride7 project

In other IDE's than Ride7 you can rename the project afterwards (i.e. right click and then "Rename" or somewhere in the "Properties"). But in Ride7, the projectname is grey and not editable.

Well, there are more important things in an IDE. But sometimes it would be nice if you could rename an already created project afterwards...

Re: Renaming ride7 project

Hi

There is no rename functionnality for now in Ride7.
Here is our position concerning this point until there is one:

If you need to rename a project it means:
+Either you want to have a second project in the same folder that will be very close to the first project and in that case we advice to use different configuration.
+ Either you want to have the same project saved somewhereelse and in that case we suggest you just move (.rapp, .rprj) files in the new folder. If the file structure is the same
it is like will have the same result.
