I have received a Primer few days ago and it worked great.
Now I can't use it anymore because the images on the display are not updated correctly: when powered on, the background image is the same shown at shut down and if the button is pressed, the menu appears but the selection doesn't change. Altough this, it looks like working properly because (moving it randomly) I can open other menus and applications.
A restore to factory settings did not solve the problem even if it was completed correctly.
What can I do? Is it an hardware issue?
