STM CircleOS forum / Gpio open drain current limit

Hi there, could any one please tell me the current limit on open drain gpio configuration. I am using an opto-isolator at the output of gpio to isolate from the high voltage circuit.I am not very familiar with micro controller concept. Could any one please help me out.I will really appreciate your help.
