Is Raisonance planning to port ST's GUI library onto the EVOPRIMER/OPEN4 platform?

No, it is not planned. We developed our own GUI library for our own needs, that runs on EvoPrimer platform, and CircleOS.
The ST's library provides "Windows like" objects, as Raisonance's library provides "smartphone like" objects, but we don't plan to provide it as Open Source.
