STM CircleOS forum / lcd turning off momentarily in primer 2

Has anyone else hit an issue with the primer2 LCD starting to blink off periodically? I restored to facotry default and the unit still has the problem so I suspect something in the hw is not right. Any help appreciated.

I did. This hapens if you almost burned U17 voltage regulator (ESD or short to ground). It's still alive but heating up and will be dead soon.
