Hi,

I just bought Primer 2 Pro update from stardard.
I used web activation. Now in Help -> About Ride7 shows "Lisenced to" and "Serial Number" right what I have in mail.

But RLink information shows this:

You need to put the license file you receive in an email in the correct directory.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Raisonance\Ride\bin

I have Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit and it works for me.

How many mails you got?

I only got one mail where was that Searial Number.

There should have been a text file attached to your email that has the license key in it. That is what need to be put in the directory I previously posted. If you did not get this file, contact whomever you purchased the license from.

Hello,
When ordering upgrades, you must ensure that you provide a Primer serial number. Some customers have provided other references and the resulting license file does not work. The file will not work correctly if there are any errors/typos in the serial sumber that you provide.

Reading your Primer serial number is the same as for an RLink.

Should those quota marks (") also include in serial number?
