STM CircleOS forum / How to activate the pins of the extension header???

Hi!!!I have just taken on my hands the STM32 Primer 2!I would like to begin with something i believe is very simple so i can understand the most basic things about how everything works.So,how could i give voltage to the first pin only(so that a led could light)?Basically which one of the 20 is the first one?
I would really appreciate it if someone could solve my problem...thanks a lot!

As already said http://www.stm32circle.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=1024 :

Pin 1 & 2 are near to the battery jumper, and L3 inductance.
The pin 1 is tagged by a white line (closer to PCB) and pin 1 is siting on top of it (if you are looking at the bottom side of PCB).
