Primer2: External interrupt hello world

Hi Guys,

Short Version:
Has someone got an example of an app running on a primer2, using an external interrupt source on the 20pin connector, running CircleOS?  This would save me heaps of time if someone's already done this.

Longer Version:
I want to build a car rally computer (distance counter) using my primer2. I have an external interrupt source that I can shape to a 0-5V square wave or whatever, and want to be able to use a pin on the 20 pin connector, and hook an interrupt handler in CircleOS so that I can count these pulses.
These pulses represent distance pulses from the drive shaft, so I can map these to distance..

Happy to share source of finished project;but if someone can get me started I'd really appreciate it...

I have just moved over from ATMEGA32, so please forgive newb question..

Cheers + thanks,
Scott.
