STM CircleOS forum / ST32 library documentation, not UM0427

Yesterday I read a document about the STM32 library, it is not the UM4027 User manual. The Document was more friendly, it was more like an overview and had examples for each peripherial. For the life of me I can not find the document, can anyone help?

Maybe it was the help file provided with the library : "stm32f10x_stdperiph_lib_um.chm" ?
